Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide menus and make knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns or special requests
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and exceptional service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and operating a POS system
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktail offerings
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
