Our exciting new location in Tempe operates as a ghost kitchen, so you’ll be working with a close-knit team in a cozy space, focusing solely on crafting delicious sandwiches behind the scenes. Memorize and understand Baggin’s Inc menu and catering items
Prepare sandwiches/salads to Baggin’s Inc standards and to customer requests
Prep food items and ensure all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
Follow food safety procedures and guidelines
Maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Requirements:
Must be able to work in a loud, fast-paced and pressured environment
Must be able to communicate professionally and provide top notch customer service
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and regularly lift and or move up to 35lbs
Must have excellent attention to detail skills
Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced food service environment
Proficient in POS systems and cash handling
Knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a team setting
Prior experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant
