I bought this tile saw a few years ago but I have no more use for it. It cuts just fine and the blade has plenty of life left and is adjustable if you have to cut something very thick like stone, precast or pavers or cap block.Out of all the tile saws I've used, this one hardly spits out any water when it cutsand is only about 25 pounds easy to carry with a handle. If you have large porcelain tiles this wouldn't be very good for you as it is very slow cutting with large porcelain. Perfect for backsplashes or smaller tile and for stone and clay or glass tile and I've even cut drywall with it. you could also adjust the saw table top to cut miters or 45° angles. Will take phone calls but prefer texting or email.
