New quonset building kit 12' wide, 22' long, 11' high at peak. Purchased last November on end-of-season sale for $10,750; selling for $8,500. Building is roof, sides, and rear wall. Front is open so your choice of doors may be added. Instructions included for the front and doors. Kit includes building and upgraded foundation plates, all necessary nut/bolt/washer fasteners, foundation concrete anchors, instruction manual, and complete construction diagrams for permit application. All parts of 20 and 22 gauge steel with 50-year Galvalume coating. 75+ psf snow load and 100+ mph wind rating. Delivered recently to Forest Lakes, but I no longer need the building and must sell.
