This is a 40 ft. RV with two slide outs made by Newmar Motors. It sits on a Spartan chasis with a Cummings 8.9L turbo charged diesel motor pushing 370hp @ 1200 lb. torque. It has a CAT diesel generator that runs off the same 150 gal dual fill fuel system. It currently has 46,664 miles on it. I have recently replaced both AC units and the thermostat, all six wheels have new tread (only two seasons old) new house batteries purchased two months ago, all filters and oils replaced. I upgraded the shocks to KONI gas shocks and installed a Safety Plus steering stabilizer. The RV cam sleep 6 people comfortably as it has a queen size bed, a full couch that turns into a full size bed, a jackknife couch that sleeps 1 person as well as a kitchen dinette that turns into a bed for 1 person. There are some flaws with the RV as seen in the pictures. The clear coat is delaminating and could either be recleared or wrapped. Also the main awning motor no longer works and would need to be replaced. However, all the awnings are still in great condition. The price reflects these flaws. Please only serious buyer need respond. I don't need help selling nor do I want to trade. Thank you for looking.
