1993 26' El Dorado bus. Excellent motor, 175,000 miles, starts right up every time, no blow by, former church bus, maintained by church member.
I have owned this bus for 10 years. This bus has a great example of one of the best motors ever made in America. The engine is very strong, 175K miles. No blow by. It starts right up every time. It's been sitting 10 years so plan on buying 6 tires. There is a Big O and a Discount less than two miles away. The tire size is 225/75/16". Total length of the bus is 26'.
This bus has the same mileage as it did 10 years ago when I bought it. I needed storage and I knew I couldn't go wrong with the motor and the transmission was good so I bought this bus 10 years ago from the church up the street who got an even better bus and sold this one.
One of their church members owns a local mom and pop mechanic shop and did all the service work so the pastor claimed it was well maintained and I believe it. It was previously registered to another church.
I drove it a few miles south, loaded it up and I never drove it again. In order to get it started again all I had to do was two new batteries and 5 gallons of fuel and it started right up.
I believe the 1990's FORD F-350 XLT 7.3L V8 Diesel motor all by itself is worth at least $5K, not to mention the transmission and rear end. Inside the bus is not attractive. The seats were removed, they are included but they are outside the vehicle. It has AC which does not blow cold. There is another A/C unit in the passenger compartment, not sure of it's condition.
Also for sale is a 1983 Dodge Ram D150 with a 318 motor.
