Incubator space for rent - $2 (Mesa)

I have 4 incubators total, next available date and spaces for rent:
•NOW- 1 incubator, 12 spaces ($2 for each space) you must rent a minimum of 6 spaces
•APRIL 9TH- 2 incubators, 12 spaces each
•APRIL 20TH- 1 Incubator, 30 spaces (minimum 20 spaces to rent)
How does this work? Each space for an egg costs $2 each, so for one incubator (twelve egg spaces) it's $24! I have 26 years experience working with chickens and hatching eggs, I've participated in several assisted hatching but only when it becomes absolutely necessary!
**I DO SANITIZE AFTER EACH USE INCLUDING TAKING APART THE WHOLE INCUBATOR**
I set my incubators at 100°F and 60% humidity with usually a 100% hatch rate. It's not guaranteed but I have had amazing success and healthy chicks! If you prefer different temperature and humidity settings then I will make those changes but ONLY if you rent all of the spaces in an incubator.
I can candle eggs to check for viability and to monitor their process! Once your chicks are hatched and dried, they will be placed in their very own brooder area with sand or wood shavings (your choice) and will have access to water and if requested, a dash of electrolytes. I can provide the chicks with chick start crumble (unmedicated or medicated) ONLY if you request that as well for no extra cost while they are with me.
You will be contacted to pick up your chicks once they are all hatched or I can deliver for an extra $1 a mile. Photos and videos of hatching/hatched chicks will be provided if you would like so you may share with family and friends!
There is no guarantee when incubating eggs, that they will hatch but I will treat every batch of eggs with compassion and care! Text me before calling, emails and Craigslist chat are acceptable as well

•Duck: 99.5°F with 60% humidity first 25 days
•Goose: 99.5°F with 55% humidity first 27 days
•Turkey: 99.5°F with 50% humidity first 25 days
