This Konwal Super lighter was given to my father when he was a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff,J3, during the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962. He was considered a subject matter expert for all aerial nuclear weapons for North America/Canada (service record confirmed).

The lighter is in excellent condition as it was never filled with lighter fluid. He never smoked.

This is a special lighter for the serious collector.
