Overall this is in great condition with minor wear consistent with age.
No popped springs or lumpy areas, the seat feels like new.
No smoking, Pet friendly home, but has no rips, stains, smells, odors or soiling. Only thing you’ll find is some hair here and there….For the age this piece looks awesome and very comfortable!
