loaded with functions whihc all work except one side of one the chairs' lumbar support needs to be reattached by removing seat back per many youtube videos.

the seat backs and pans have more cushion than amias or leaps so they are actually really comfortable with excellent durability! Incredibly solid and amazing quality.
