These are great for goats & sheep and can also be used for horses, cows, etc....
Outside dimensions are 40" W x 48" L
Total height from the ground up is 46"
Top of lower tray from the ground up is 13"
I offer lower trays and tops with my feeders. The top helps keep the hay dry when it rains or is dewy. The bottom tray is to help catch the waste hay from falling to the ground. Both can be removed if you desire them that way.
My "Raised Slow Hay Feeders" are exactly like my Raised Standard Feeders but I add sections of cow panels to the inside of the basket to make the feed holes smaller to cut down on waste and cost $30.00 more than the standard one.
You can also add 2x8's to the bottom side sections to make a step for the babies (shown in pics). I will not do that for you but I can show you how I mounted them to mine.
These are light weight and will fit in between the wheel wells of most trucks. I have a Tacoma and they fit fine.
