Classic early-mid 1900s farm implement (possibly Oliver or similar brand) with perforated metal seat (for the operator to ride/sit), large wooden-spoke wheels (faded yellow accents still visible), curved handles, cast iron frame/moldboard, springs for adjustment, and long wooden/metal tongue with hitch ring.
