ā Requirements (All Must Be Current & Valid):
MUST have Arizona Caregiver License
Minimum 1 year of experience in caregiving or behavioral health
Current- Fingerprint Clearance Card
Current- CPR; First Aid Certification
Current - Arizona Food Handler Certificate
Reliable transportation
Must reside locally (to avoid traffic-related delays)
