This position will be working out of Pain Stop-South Scottsdale located at 1375 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale 85257
Responsible for performing physical therapy evaluation, formulating diagnoses, and establishing and modifying treatment plan of care for new and existing patients in a high volume clinic. This position will include direct supervision of rehab aides.
Perform thorough subjective and objective evaluations, establish and modify appropriate plan of care to be carried out alongside assistive personnel and other providers
Educate patient on current condition, including constant implementation of pain education for the chronic pain patient
Treat patients using skilled interventions as deemed appropriate
Collaborate with other providers regarding patient care (Chiropractors, PA, Physicians, Surgeons)
Supervise assistive personnel
Assist with disbursement of DME when appropriate
Document/bill appropriately for services rendered
Education and Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Minimum of Bachelors in Physical Therapy
Current Arizona Physical Therapy license
CPR & First Aid Certification
Must be comfortable supervising assistive personnel
Must be comfortable working in a multidisciplinary setting
The position is full time with PTO, Benefits, 401k.
