I am searching an available monthly term private quiet studio or 1bedroom/bathroom for myself only. I am a clean, quiet and respectful 50's working female. I do not smoke of any kind, no pets, no trafficking of people and responsible for property.
I am looking for on a month to month basis type home within a nice quiet community...55+ gated community is fine. Can provide background check and reasonable deposit if needed.
Prefer Scottsdale, being a nice city of local walks, hikes, coffee shops, restaurants, shops and travel access to work. Open to starting $900-$1000 on a monthly basis. A place with just basic amenities: kitchen, laundry, small dining area, closet spaces and of course a nice spacious bedroom. Starting into January time for a move.
