Wanting an apt/condo in Tempe near the west side of ASU preferably McClintock/Broadway or Southern area. ASU just graduated, looking to take over something near work….adult female in 30s, just two housebroken cats and steady employment. Paying too much on a fancy apartment, want a condo that’s more reasonable, thx
