Spray Equipment & Service Center is hiring a Shipping & Customer Support Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and customer support. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments (FedEx, UPS, freight)
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders (same-day fulfillment when available)
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and reconciliations
Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, manifests, hazardous materials if needed)
Coordinate with sales, service team, and vendors on orders and deliveries
Track backorders and follow up with vendors
Assist customers via phone and in person with orders and inquiries
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Perform occasional local deliveries/pickups
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, or customer service preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills (inventory systems, order entry)
Forklift experience a plus (not required)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 75 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally)
Stand and move for extended periods (up to 7 hours/day)
Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
