•Landscape Crew Tech
As a Crew Technician, you will help deliver exceptional landscape maintenance services to our residential and commercial clients.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and seasonal cleanups
* Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
* Perform basic maintenance on equipment
* Maintain a clean and professional job site
* Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
**Qualifications:**
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
* Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
* Experience in landscape maintenance is preferred but not required
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

•Landscape Crew Leader
The Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring quality service delivery.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead and supervise a crew of 2–4 landscape technicians
* Plan, assign, and oversee daily tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and seasonal cleanups
* Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
* Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
* Safely drive a crew truck and trailer to and from job sites
* Communicate job progress, site concerns, and crew performance to management
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance experience
* At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past five years
* Ability to tow a trailer safely and confidently
* Knowledge of turf care, plant health, and general horticultural practices
* Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor
* Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude

•Irrigation Technician
The Irrigation Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage and healthy landscapes.
**Responsibilities:**
* Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues, including valves, controllers, wiring, drip systems, and sprinkler heads
* Install and modify irrigation systems according to landscape requirements
* Perform seasonal irrigation startups, adjustments, and system inspections
* Maintain irrigation equipment, tools, and inventory
* Communicate findings, recommendations, and completed work to management and clients
* Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with local regulations
**Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of irrigation controllers, valves, timers, drip systems, and sprinkler systems
* Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical irrigation components
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Ability to work independently and manage daily service routes
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor
* Knowledge of water conservation practices and irrigation best practices is a plus

•Spray Technician
The Spray Technician plays a critical role in maintaining healthy landscapes through the proper application of fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other plant health products.
**Responsibilities:**
* Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and soil amendments according to company standards and label requirements
* Monitor properties for deficiencies, and other landscape concerns
* Calibrate, operate, and maintain spray equipment and application tools
* Ensure safe handling, storage, and transportation of chemicals and equipment
* Communicate treatment schedules, findings, and recommendations to management
**Qualifications:**
* Arizona Pesticide Applicator License preferred (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe)
* Knowledge of turf management, plant health care, weed identification, and pest control practices
* Ability to read and understand pesticide labels and safety regulations
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor
* Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude

•Arborist / Tree Trimming Technician
The Arborist / Tree Trimming Technician is responsible for providing professional tree care services while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform tree trimming, pruning, shaping, removals, and general tree maintenance services
* Operate chainsaws, pole saws, chippers, stump grinders, and other tree care equipment safely and efficiently
* Follow proper pruning techniques and industry standards to promote tree health and appearance
* Assist with tree removals, storm cleanup, and emergency response services as needed
* Inspect job sites for potential hazards and ensure all safety procedures are followed
* Communicate job progress, recommendations, and site concerns to management and clients
* Maintain equipment and ensure all tools are in safe working condition
**Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of tree species, pruning practices, plant health care, and tree risk assessment
* Experience operating chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and other tree care equipment
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus
* Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions
* Strong commitment to safety and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
