Position Overview
Location: 1090 N Fiesta Blvd, Suite 103, Gilbert, AZ 85233
Pay: $15.15 per hour (Paid Bi-Weekly)
Status: Part-Time (20–32 hours/week). Potential for 40 hours/week after a 90-day probationary period based on performance.
The Schedule
Shift: Monday thru Friday 9-5pm. Some Saturdays. Days will Vary.
Day off: Sunday
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pack products for shipment, ensuring items are not damaged or expired before sealing the box.
Shipping & Logistics: Load UPS, USPS, and FedEx vehicles daily and ensure all proper documentation is attached.
Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of care for inventory and workspace cleanliness.
Team Support: Assist management with various tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements & Qualifications
Entry Level: No prior warehouse experience required, though it is a plus!
Reliability: Must have dependable transportation and a strong attendance record.
Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift packages for loading.
