We are a gated community located in Gold Canyon, Arizona looking for an experienced maintenance technician to join our team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to filling job orders, leaf blowing, plumbing and electrical repairs, painting, pool, grounds, golf cart maintenance and other duties as assigned.

This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Managers to communicate the work being done and status of their work requests. The maintenance staff ensures the maintenance shop is properly maintained, equipment is put away and, appropriately locked up.

Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.

We offer a full benefits package. Typical hours are high season M-F, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and low season 5:30 am to 2:00 pm.
