Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues, performing unit turnovers.
This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to resident satisfaction. This position may require participation in an on-call rotation, which is standard for apartment community maintenance roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and drywall repair.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of maintenance issues
Physical Stamina: Capability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance issues and needs.
Attention to Detail: Ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly and safely, adhering to established protocols.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required,
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
