We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team. This is a hands-on position responsible for keeping multiple properties clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will travel between locations as part of your regular daily schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pick up trash and debris across the property grounds
Sweep, blow, and clean walkways, parking areas, and common spaces
Assist with basic landscaping tasks (mowing, edging, watering)
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Maintain storage areas, dumpster enclosures, and exterior spaces
Complete other light maintenance or cleaning tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
Valid driver's license required, will travel between multiple properties
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Previous grounds or janitorial experience a plus, but not required
