(Insert Company Name) is currently seeking HVAC Installers to join our team comprised of creive and energetic employees, who are dediced to delivering the best customer service experience every day.  Our Installers serve the customers by educing them on the available product options, removing and replacing HVAC equipment as well as installing add-on accessories when needed while providing quality work while following all applicable local and nional codes. The role will serve as a mentor and coach to both apprentice and entry-level technicians.

Wh Will I Do?

• Install/Replace HVAC equipment including, but not limited to: ductwork, tic and/or vertical splits (gas or he pump), rooftop package units (gas or he pump)
• Maintain good working order of company vehicle
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
• Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communiced to the customer
• Design Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency
• Engage in conversion with the homeowner to uncover any concern or interests regarding their AC system which could lead to potential accessory sales or a new system replacement
• Understand company pricing program and genere approprie customer invoices and other paperwork the job site and electronically process credit card payments
• Participe in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the lest industry technologies
• Work with apprentices and entry-level installers to coach and mentor

Do I Have Wh It Takes?

• 2+ years experience with knowledge in refrigerion function and theory, the ability to diagnose and perform replacement of HVAC reled components such as Air Conditioners & He Pumps, Furnaces & Air Handlers, Duct Work & Zone Systems, Thermosts, Air Filters/filtrion Systems, Low and high voltage wiring
• Type II EPA Certificion
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expections
• Minimum Tool Requirements: Basic Hand Tools- wrenches, screwdriver/nut drives, sheet metal/duct tools, and hammer
• Minimum Testing Equipment usage: Refrigerant Gauges, Manometer, Magnahelic, C/O Detector, Psychrometer, and Micron Gauge
• Working knowledge of city codes
• Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time
• Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in tics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs
• Service Titan experience preferred
