We are looking for a reliable, experienced Foreman to lead crews in the East Phoenix area. This position is hands-on and requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to keep projects running efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead field crews on daily assignments
Plan, schedule, and coordinate work activities
Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
Train and mentor crew members
Enforce safety procedures and company policies
Monitor quality of work and productivity
Communicate with management regarding job progress, issues, and needs
Operate equipment and assist with labor as needed
Maintain tools, equipment, and job site organization

Requirements:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
Experience operating equipment and working in the field
Ability to work outdoors in Arizona heat conditions
Valid driver’s license (required)
