This position involves working with The Perfect Block™ ICCF system, placing block, assisting with wall layout, cutting block as needed, installing reinforcement, helping with jobsite prep, and supporting the crew throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities:
Show up on time and ready to work
Assist with ICCF block installation
Cut, stack, stage, and place block materials
Help install rebar and prepare wall sections
Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
Follow direction from the foreman and work as part of a team
Follow safety procedures at all times
Be willing to learn our building system and improve each day
Ideal Candidate:
Has construction, masonry, framing, concrete, or general labor experience
Is dependable and communicates clearly
Can lift, carry, bend, and work outdoors
Takes pride in quality work
Works well with others
Has reliable transportation to the Queen Creek area
Experience with ICF, ICCF, masonry, concrete, rebar, or wall systems is a plus, but not required
Requirements:
Must be able to work outdoors
Must be physically able to perform construction labor
Must have reliable transportation
Must be punctual and dependable
Must be willing to follow instructions and work safely
