Nesbitt Contracting is hiring asphalt rakers experienced in civil construction:

Responsibilities:
● Knowledge of paving process
● Must practice safety procedures at all times and wear personal protecting equipment (PPE) when required
● Rake and spread asphalt, base, dirt, along with other materials
● Prepare the road surface for asphalt material
● Inspect, clean, and maintain tools
● Work along with paving crew members to pave
● Finish surfaces by smoothing and tampering asphalt material to the proper grade and thickness
● Must be able to work in extreme heat
● Follow instructions and work as a team member
Must pass a drug screen
Must have transportation to and from local projects.
Availability to work occasional nights and weekends is a plus.
Hourly wage starting at $24-29 depending on experience.
