We are looking for someone who understands residential AC systems and can help diagnose and repair common air conditioning issues at rental homes.
Work may include:
Diagnosing residential AC problems
Troubleshooting cooling issues
Minor AC repairs and tune-ups
Checking capacitors, contactors, motors, thermostats, wiring, and related parts
Basic heating troubleshooting when needed
Communicating clearly about the problem and recommended repair
Working directly with the property owner/manager
Requirements:
Must have residential AC experience
Must be reliable and show up when scheduled
Must have basic AC tools
Must have reliable transportation
Must communicate clearly by text or phone
Must be able to work independently
EPA certification preferred
Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus
Compensation:
$40 per hour, depending on experience and ability.
