Requirements:
Must be reliable and show up when scheduled
Must have basic tools
Must have reliable transportation
Must be willing to clean when needed
Must communicate clearly by text or phone
Prior rental property maintenance experience is a plus
HVAC knowledge is a strong plus
This may start as part-time or as-needed work, with the possibility of steady ongoing work for the right person.
Compensation:
$25–$35 per hour, depending on experience and ability.
