We are a local commercial shopping center looking for a reliable maintenance person to help with rental property repairs and upkeep in Tempe.
A good fit for someone handy, dependable, hard working and comfortable doing a variety of property maintenance tasks (who doesn't mind the AZ heat)
Hours: Monday - Friday (7am - 4pm) and every other Saturday
Work will include:
Basic plumbing repairs
Light electrical repairs
General handyman work
Exterior Cleaning
Minor drywall repair and painting
Grounds keeping / Trash pick up
Preparing rental offices for new tenants
Requirements:
Must be reliable and show up on time
Must have basic tools
Must have reliable transportation / valid Drivers license
Must communicate clearly / own a smart phone
Must have experience in Handyman work, Drywall, Electrical, Painting, Plumbing, Carpentry
Prior rental property maintenance experience is a plus
$$$ per hour, depending on experience and ability.
