We are a local commercial shopping center looking for a reliable maintenance man / Day porter to help upkeep & maintain exterior grounds and prepare offices for new tenants.
A good fit for someone handy, dependable, hard working and comfortable doing a variety of property maintenance tasks (who doesn't mind the AZ heat and working outside)
Hours: Monday - Friday (7am - 4pm) and every other Saturday
WORK WILL INCLUDE:
Grounds keeping / Trash pickup / Leaf blowing
Exterior Cleaning / Wiping down Hand rails & Benches
Dusting Windowsills & Lanterns
Clean out Ash Trays / Sweep Walkways
Assist with Landscaping / Clean Elevator
Power washing / Exterior painting of speed bumps, curbs, etc.
Replacing new lightbulbs
Maintaining Roof & Drain pipes
Preparing Rental offices for new tenants
Basic plumbing repairs / Installing sink
Installing new locks / Hardware
Hanging Cabinets / Shelves
Installing Ceiling Fans
Replacing Ceiling Tiles & Ac Filters
Light electrical repairs
General handyman work
Drywall repair and painting
Requirements:
Must be reliable and show up on time
Must have basic tools
Must have reliable transportation / valid Drivers license
Must communicate clearly / own a smart phone
Must have experience in Handyman work, Drywall, Electrical, Painting, Plumbing, Carpentry
Prior rental property maintenance experience is a plus
$$$ per hour, depending on experience and ability.
