Kannon Contracting is seeking experienced, reliable Handymen for property maintenance, turnarounds, and build-back work in the Phoenix area.
We have plenty of work and need guys who can show up, do the job right the first time, and move to the next one. This is for someone with their own setup who wants consistent work.
What You Will Be Doing:
General Flooring: Installing LVP (Click lock), Laminate, and Tile. You must also be able to do Carpet Re-stretches and Kick-ins.
Drywall: Patching holes and matching texture (orange peel/knockdown). This is a must.
Painting: Interior rooms, trim, and touch-ups.
Basic Repairs: Swapping out faucets, toilets, light fixtures, and ceiling fans, etc.
General: Installing blinds, baseboards, and door hardware.
Requirements:
The Skills: You need to know how to handle flooring, basic plumbing, electrical, and drywall.
Tools & Truck: You must have your own reliable truck/van and your own tools (saws, hammers, drills, carpet kicker, etc.).
Insurance: You must have General Liability Insurance.
Smartphone: You must be able to use an app to take "Before and After" photos of your work.
Reliability: If you say you’re going to be there, be there. No excuses.
The Deal: We provide the work. You provide the labor and the tools. You don't have to spend your time or money looking for side jobs; we can keep your schedule full.
