Paint preppers are responsible for preparing the surfaces or other objects before it is painted. This may involve removing any existing paint, rust, dirt, etc., and ensuring that the surface is clean and ready to accept new paint.
Paint preppers must be extremely detail-oriented and careful when performing their job. They must also have excellent communication skills in order to work effectively with their team members and clients.
Training & Experience: Paint preppers typically receive on-the-job training from their new employers. This training may include learning the specific procedures and methods the company uses to prepare paint. It may also include instruction on the use of any specialized equipment the company uses.
Hourly Rate ($18.00 - 22.00 per hour plus bonuses. This is not a peace work company!
