Responsibilities
Window cleaning (residential & commercial)
Assisting with ladders, equipment, and job setup
Maintaining high-quality work standards
Representing the company professionally on job sites
Working outdoors in various conditions
Requirements
Must have your own reliable vehicle
Must be able to commute to Mesa Monday–Friday
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Physically capable of manual labor (ladders, lifting, outdoor work)
Reliable, punctual, and coachable
No experience required (training provided), but experience is a plus
Pay & Growth
$150 per day starting pay + all tips
Pay increases based on performance and reliability
