This is a hands-on, outdoor position — perfect for someone who likes staying active and getting paid based on performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Residential & commercial window cleaning (interior & exterior)
Cleaning glass, frames, sills, tracks, and screens
Providing a professional, high-quality customer experience
Upselling additional services when appropriate
Following company SOPs and quality standards
Pay & Earnings
17.5% commission on every completed job
Average job: $300
Average job time: ~1.5 hours
Most technicians earn $200–$300 per day
100% of tips go directly to you
Upsells increase your daily earnings
This is performance-based pay — efficient, detail-oriented techs earn more.
