We're looking for a reliable retired handyman in the East Valley to help with light maintenance and errands for a small portfolio of ~30,000 SF of commercial buildings.
- Part-time, start hourly; if reliable, we’ll make it a steady 5–10 hours/week minimum.
- We offer flexible hours, and bonus pay if you can do landscaping.
- Light maintenance tasks, such as minor plumbing, appliance repairs, patching, painting, and minor electrical work. For larger projects, we will hire a contractor, and you would assist with coordination.
