POM Properties is now interviewing GC’s for 2 residential remodel projects in the Phoenix area. Projects will be full remodels, new kitchens, new baths, new flooring, new plumbing, new electrical etc..
Must:
be licensed, bonded & insured with a 1million dollar insurance policy (no license in TX)
be able to pull permits, including plans and stamps as needed
be familiar & understand the draw process
have 2 to 3 past references and a current working project reference
