Posting neighborhood real estate signs (West Phoenix)

We’re looking for a dependable person to install real estate signs in neighborhoods around our properties that are for sale in west Phoenix, and the Phoenix metro area. These are small coroplast signs advertising homes for sale.
Pay:
* $3 per sign posted
* On average you should be able to post at least 10 signs per hour, so that equates to $30+/hour
* Paid weekly
What You’ll Do:
* Post signs one day per week, preferably on Friday
* First, pick up the signs and metal stakes from our office
* Install the signs in the intersections indicated, near the currently listed properties
* Provide a photo of each sign posted
* The number of signs we need posted per week is 10 per property, so for example if we have 5 properties available we'll need 50 signs posted
Requirements:
* Reliable transportation
* Smartphone with camera
* Minimal tools (hammer, possibly a drill for hard ground)
* We will provide other supplies (signs, stakes, zip ties)
