Scope of Work Includes:
• Full kitchen remodel
• Bathrooms
• Flooring
• Lighting & electrical coordination
• Paint, trim, finishes
• Overall project management from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed & insured (required)
• Proven experience managing full renovations
• Your own crew (subs are fine if you manage them)
• Strong communication & reliability
• Ability to start soon
