Job Title: Investigations Case Manager (Office-Based)

What You Will Do:
Case Coordination: Manage the "big picture" of active cases, ensuring field investigators are hitting their marks.
Strategic Planning: Work with consultants to recommend case plans and determine investigative goals.
Intelligence Gathering: Conduct interviews (covert and overt) and perform high-level record searches (police, court, and educational records).
Quality Control: Synthesize field notes and data into professional, accurate reports for our clients.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside a team of highly motivated investigators and senior management.
Requirements:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required (or equivalent law enforcement experience).
Skills: You must be a detail-oriented, independent thinker who can juggle multiple tasks.
Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal skills are non-negotiable.
Mindset: Strong analytical skills and a "problem-solver" attitude. Previous PI experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
