A consumer app launching in Phoenix-Scottsdale this summer needs a content producer to build its social presence from zero.
The company is in stealth and has no existing content on either platform. You build the voice.
The work:
Join the founder on Friday or Saturday nights at bars and restaurants around the Phoenix metro, 2 to 3 times per month. Film. Eat on us.
Edit footage into 2 short-form videos per week, captioned, hashtagged, and posted to Instagram and TikTok.
Monitor comments and DMs for 1–2 hours on posting days. Handle routine replies, flag anything that needs the founder.
Draft a bi-weekly email newsletter for a growing waitlist. We send the angle Tuesday, you return a draft Thursday, we approve before it sends.
Join a 30-minute planning call Wednesdays to sync on the content calendar and review what performed.
Everything outside filming nights runs on your schedule. Deliverables have deadlines, not set hours.
You're a fit if:
You have an active personal Instagram or TikTok you can share as a portfolio.
You can edit handheld footage into something worth watching. CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
You live in the Phoenix-Scottsdale metro. Filming nights are in person, no exceptions.
You're 21+ (venues require it).
You have opinions about what makes content worth watching.
Pay: $600–$1,000/month depending on volume, paid per deliverable. 30-day paid trial. Strong fit grows into a Head of Content role as the company raises.
