This is a very rare 1964 Ducati Falcon Ultra-Lightweight 50cc racing motorcycle. I purchased it about 5 years ago from a pretty significant barnfind collection in California and it's resided indoors as a display piece since.
This bike is in preservation condition, cleaned up, fluids drained and display ready. It would make an awesome addition to any Ducati collection or for anyone who just appreciates mechanical art. Additionally, a large acrylic on canvas painting of the bike by Italian artist Schascia Morosi can accompany the sale for the right price (seen in the last two pictures and shown with the bike for scale).
It's got all the patina and charm that you would expect from something like this, including the blown crankcase cover from a chain break which inevitably ended the careers of most of these things. I have the NOS part required to fix (which I sourced from a garage in Norway - good luck finding another one) and it is included with the sale, but honestly I wouldn't. This thing is way too cool the way it is.
$3800 OBO
As is the case with basically all of these ultra-lightweights, vehicle will be sold on a Bill of Sale
