We are offering on the job machinist training. There are multiple opportunities available. But for a limited time only.
You will start as a general, all-around shop hand for the first full month. Once you have proven your ability to show up on time everyday and perform the tasks asked of you, you will start training in the CNC department. Some of the tasks for the first month will be sawing material, cleaning parts, cleaning around the shop and machines area and some light deburring work. Other tasks may also be assigned.
Our hours are 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm and we only work M-Th. Friday is for overtime. Or personal appointments, etc.
Must be mechanically inclined with a strong interest in learning a life-skills trade. I started doing this when I was 12. (Before CNC machines were cool).
Straight out of high school? No problem. No college required, just a high school diploma and a desire to learn and absorb knowledge by applying yourself.
This can be a very rewarding and lucrative career to those who fully apply themselves to it.
