Job Title: Cable Assembler
Location: Mesa, AZ
Shift: 1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm or 2nd Shift: 3pm-11:30pm (5% differential)
Hourly Pay Range:
The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $17.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday
About the Role:
Eastridge is hiring 4 Cable Assemblers to join our client’s team! All candidates will be considered for 1st shift during training, with opportunities to move to 2nd shift (5% differential) for those with relevant experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job instructions
Assemble cable and wire harness components (strip, crimp, solder, etc.)
Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product meets standards
Follow AS9100 quality and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
1+ year of cable/wire harness assembly experience in manufacturing
Hands-on experience with:
Strip & crimp
Soldering
Cable lacing / tie wrapping
Connectorizing
Harness testing & labeling
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Familiarity with AS9100 standards (preferred)
