CZ Custom machine shop is seeking a motivated mid-level CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our growing machine shop. The ideal candidate will have experience programming and setting up CNC mills using Mastercam 2024-2026 and be capable of working independently while maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing programs, setting up jobs, troubleshooting machining issues, and producing precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
Experience with Mastercam programming
CNC setup and machining experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and inspection practices
Strong attention to detail and quality
Compensation & Benefits:
$20–$35/hour, depending on experience
