Looking for a steady side gig that keeps you active? We are seeking a reliable individual to help with wooden pallet fabrication and repair at our outdoor job site in Mesa.

The Details
Hours: 5-10 hours per week.
Location: Mesa, AZ (Outdoor job site).
Pay: [$18–$22/hr]
Schedule: Ultimate Flexibility. You choose when you work.
Need to knock it all out in one shift? Go for it.
Prefer 2 hours every morning or evening? That works too.
Mornings, afternoons, or evenings are all on the table.
Key Responsibilities
Inspecting and repairing damaged pallets to ensure they meet safety standards.
Operating power tools including nail guns and reciprocating saws (Sawzalls).
Moving materials and stacking completed pallets.
Requirements
Physical Ability: Must be able to comfortably lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Tool Proficiency: Experience safely operating a nail gun and Sawzall is required.
Environment: Comfortable working outdoors in the Summer/Winter
Forklift Experience: Not required, but a definite plus if you know your way around a lift.
