I'm selling 2 Boss BR1600 multi track recorders. I'm going to sell them both together as a package deal and no negotiating any other conditions or considerations. I have used both of these units linked/synced together using midi which gives a 32 track recording capacity designating 1 as a slave and the other as master.
One unit is a version -1 and the other is a version 2 which when synced together allows complete control of both units at the same time.
The cosmetic condition of both units is 9.5 out of 10. The screens on both are clear and crisp and neither unit is scatched up or banged all to hell. The version-1 is working 100% and that is the master when syncing the two together. The version- 2 is also working and is 98% functional but the track button for track-1 is not working properly and although all the track functions work the button to toggle the track off and on needs repair however, with the 2 units synced together it still functions as 31 tracks or stand alone still has 15 tracks on the version 2. The other hiccup on the version 2 is the digital out RCA jack on the back of the unit is incapable of accepting a plug.I just used the analog line outs so it never bothered me.
For a tech savy individual both minor repairs on the version 2 are very inexpensive and are well worth the effort. Inspite of that the unit is still very operational as is or as a standalone or synced with the other one.
I would also like to add that the version 1- can also be upgraded to a version-2 for free from the Roland website if you care to.
Both units are in very good condition and as I said ,I'm only going to sell them both together as one sale. No questions no negotiations. Each unit has a separate power supply and User Manuals.
The price is $300 for both units firm.
