This is a Winfield Typhoon Head. It's a 5-Watt handwired, point to point, all tube head. It is in excellent condition. It works perfect and sounds great. You are welcome to come by, plug in and completely test it.

The Typhoon is a single-ended true Class A amplifier. It is a unique amp in that is has an EF86 preamp tube, like the Cyclone, an extra gain stage and a single EL84 output stage. About 5 watts, it does clean to grind and everything in-between. It has 4 and 8 ohm outputs and a Heyboer Output transformer.

The price is firm. I am not interested in trades. I will accept cash only. Please mention the item you are interested in in your email. I will not answer any emails unless the item is mentioned. This is done to avoid scammers.
