I have the "Jazz Improvisation" method book from David Baker, plus his volumes on Ear Training for musicians: "A New Approach to Ear Training for Jazz Musicians," and "Advance Ear Training for Jazz Musicians" for sale. That latter two come with corresponding cassette tapes. Asking $20 for all the volumes.
