Drummer looking for good musicians to start a rock band

Hello, I just recently moved to Phoenix so I’m looking for some good musicians to start a rock band. I would like to find people who are willing to compromise and play songs that everyone can agree on. Nothing worse than playing something you don’t like. It seems I’ve always been in that situation always doing what someone else wants to do. So I’m looking for people who are willing to pick songs together, and if everyone doesn’t agree on it, then it doesn’t get played. I would like to play Southern rock, country, classic rock, modern rock, 80s rock. I’m 50 so I would kind of want to stick with people somewhere remotely close in age so we would have similar taste in music. But if you can play well and are serious, that’s what counts.
Definitely looking to start playing shows once the band is together. Hopefully can play out four or more times a month. I have lots of videos to share so hopefully you do as well, or at least be able to record yourself playing something and send it through text. Really only looking for people who can play, no beginners please. Have professional equipment, transportation, and no hang ups that would keep you from playing shows.
Phoenix has a huge population. There has to be good musicians here.
