Position Purpose: The Executive Assististant/Office Adminstrative duties and responsibilities are to provide admin support to the Executive Team and to ensure the efficient operation of the offices
The incumbent will support Executives, Customer Support and Managers through a variety of tasks related to streamlining organizational processes.
Must have excellent communications skills, ability to multi-task, ability manage multiple executives and function as both an assistant and office manager.
Job Responsibilities:

Professionally handle high volume incoming customer inquiries regarding products and services
Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate customer and recommend addition services- when doing so will enhance the customer's overall product satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently including billing inquires, adding additional services and providing routine technical support.
Handle back office work including responding to email inquiries accurately and effectively
Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics
Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the client and its customers
Responsible for call and email disposition and compiling and generating reports as require
Proficient with Microsoft word, excel, and Crm (Sales Force, Infusion Soft preferred)
3-5 years of experience in customer service required ideally in the program's industry
3-5 years in office management able to manage a customer support team.
3-5 years of customer retention a plus.

Very collaborative, highly energetic, and team oriented; able to take initiative to see projects/tasks through to completion
Extreme attention to detail
High level of writing and presentation editing skills
Above average project management skills
Excellent grammatical and proof reading skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff as well as outside partners and agencies
Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects and shifting priorities
Ability to design and coordinate events with multiple components, such as more than 100 attendees, key note speakers, special guest, and multiple power point presentations
Strong member service philosophy
Ability to follow-up on details and communicate accurately
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to manage other customer service reps
Qualifications :

Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting/Data Entry Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Professionalism, Typing, Professional Phone Skills/Verbal Communication, Supply Management, Organization, Attention to Detail, Results Driven and Excellent Management Skills.
