We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Remote Office Support / Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our growing construction company on a contract basis.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of office administrative experience (construction industry preferred)
QuickBooks proficiency is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet
AIA billing experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Provide remote administrative support to project managers and office staff
Prepare proposals, reports, and general correspondence
Manage invoices and bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Maintain project files and office records
Schedule meetings and coordinate with team members
General administrative and office support tasks
Position Details:
Contract (1099) position
Remote position
Applicants must reside in the Gilbert, AZ area or nearby communities
Full-time availability required (approximately 40 hours per week)
Flexible schedule within business needs
Compensation: $30 per hour, based on experience
